Senior Project Manager, G&A Technology Solutions (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: 276,000–345,000 PLN per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple global and regional technology projects across requirements, planning, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational handover.
• Define project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, governance, risks, issues, decisions, and change controls.
• Translate business needs into solution approaches covering applications, data, integrations, identity and access, security, deployment, and support.
• Develop and review high-level architecture, data flows, and integration designs with architects, technical teams, and vendors.
• Manage vendors and statements of work from evaluation and contracting through delivery, acceptance, performance management, and transition to support.
• Ensure governance, security, privacy, third-party risk, AI assessment, user readiness, training, documentation, monitoring, and go-live support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Seven or more years of experience in IT project management, enterprise technology implementation, or solution delivery.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, system integration, APIs, data flows, cloud/SaaS deployment, identity and access management, and production support.
• Experience translating business requirements into high-level solution architecture and evaluating feasibility, quality, cost, scalability, security, and supportability.
• Experience delivering SaaS and Salesforce implementations, integrations, and global rollouts, plus managing external vendors and statements of work.
• Strong written and verbal English is required. Experience leading teams across Europe, the United States, and Asia and working across multiple time zones is required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure, or Salesforce certification.
• Experience in Legal, Compliance, Business Development, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life-sciences, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with enterprise AI, agentic workflows, RAG, document processing, knowledge management, SSO, identity integration, or Power BI.
