Salary: PLN 166,600–417,200 annualized base pay

What you will do

  • Manage delivery of multiple large global clinical trials or study programs throughout the full data management lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary customer contact for data management deliverables, service performance, escalations, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead negotiations covering timelines, finances, processes, resources, and bid defense activities.
  • Provide senior leadership and technical expertise to data management leads and operations teams.
  • Create, review, and sign off on data management plan documents while managing SOWs and budgets.
  • Identify root causes, implement remedial actions, resolve data issues, and contribute to operating procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Approximately 7 years of direct data management experience, including at least 5 years as a clinical data management project lead, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple global trials with at least 1,000 patients through the full data management lifecycle.
  • Expert knowledge of data management processes, including SAE reconciliation and external data vendor reconciliation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy or physiology, Good Clinical Practices, regulatory guidelines, operating procedures, and work instructions.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, customer service, teamwork, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.
