Production Scheduler (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Create and maintain short- and mid-term production schedules for assembly and associated materials.
• Develop feasible schedule scenarios based on milestones, production status, backlog, capacity, materials, and quality or technical constraints.
• Track schedule status, risks, recovery plans, KPIs, workload and manpower balance, WIP, and planning adherence.
• Identify deviations from baseline plans and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure material availability and support work order management.
• Optimize scheduling and tracking tools and improve planning accuracy, production stability, and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of planning tools and ERP systems, such as SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment.
