Plant Supplies Coordinator (Automotive)

What you will do

• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders to suppliers after approval.
• Track purchasing approvals and document process steps for traceability.
• Review and approve invoices affected by discrepancies or processing issues.
• Determine material quantities and order dates according to the production schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors and production areas to maintain material availability and transfer raw materials, parts, and finished products.
• Obtain the daily DLQ and provide production data and stock status to logistics.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of purchasing and purchase order processes.
• Ability to coordinate suppliers, production areas, and logistics.
• Ability to analyze orders, production levels, sales forecasts, and material demand.
• Ability to maintain process documentation, reports, and approver status information.
• Availability to work at the Valladolid plant in Spain.
