AGGP2027 – Graduate Supply Chain & Quality Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Monitor supplier-driven transfers of work and new product introduction projects across several suppliers.
• Balance project workloads and coordinate resources to respond on time and meet quality priorities.
• Manage project costs associated with the participating team members.
• Track project status in the SMP IT tool and ensure adherence to industrial planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional information for support, escalation, and decision-making.
• Manage APQP deliverables, share lessons learned, and ensure work-package maturity before handover to serial supply chain and quality management.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or quality.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively while supporting innovation.
• Self-awareness and ownership of personal development.
