FHCS Demand Planner Iberica Consumer (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Own demand forecasting for the assigned category across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
• Translate market trends, promotions, product launches, and delistings into demand plans with Sales and Marketing.
• Maintain and improve forecasting models, planning master data, and replenishment strategies in SAP and IBP.
• Support the S&OP process by preparing data, contributing to consensus meetings, and providing insights on availability and product lifecycle activities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, stock levels, and service levels, analyze deviations, and drive improvement actions.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, co-packing, supplier production, quality topics, SLOB management, and related supply chain improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant higher education or at least five years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or a related function.
• Professional experience in demand forecasting, preferably in FMCG.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of SAP, IBP, and BI tools.
• Very good English, minimum B2, required for communication in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including statistics, data analysis, and business interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder influence, proactive ownership, and the ability to challenge assumptions.
