Senior Manager Art Direction

Location: Relocation support available

What you will do

• Oversee entire art production from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Translate creative vision into actionable tasks for the art team.
• Coordinate craft leads to align art assets with product objectives and cohesive experience.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and improve collaboration in co-development environments.
• Support and enable large teams and external vendors, including career development and hiring.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills required
• Experience with full game art production pipeline and people management.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to clarify vague creative ideas.
• Player orientation with experience playing Teamfight Tactics.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin.
• AAA game or feature experience.
• Experience collaborating with development managers or producers.
• Experience with Unreal engine and working on games with low hardware requirements.
• Outsourcing experience.
