What you will do

• Partner with Production, Development, and Publishing to integrate localization into planning, scope, and timelines.
• Oversee end-to-end localization workflows from source readiness to delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and optimize runbooks, systems, and workflows to enable scalable global operations.
• Implement AI-enabled solutions and automation to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional partnerships and drive alignment across regional and global stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks across localization, compliance, and publishing workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in localization operations, production, or program management in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
• Deep understanding of localization pipelines, internationalization, and QA processes.
• Experience with CMS platforms and project management tools such as Jira.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence without direct authority.

• Experience scaling global operational systems or programs.
