Senior Accountant

What you will do

• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of financial statements for the UK legal entity.
• Apply IFRS, local accounting standards, tax requirements, and group financial policies.
• Coordinate annual statutory audits and group audit reviews, including progress monitoring and findings discussions.
• Monitor balance-sheet correctness and coordinate corrective actions with responsible stakeholders.
• Support reporting, planning, estimates, legal-entity governance, structural changes, and integrations.
• Liaise with Global Financial Operations, internal and external stakeholders, local authorities, and HMRC.

Requirements

• Recognized finance or accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in an international business environment.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Experience with finance solutions and ERP systems.
• Ability to adapt to changing business models and processes, drive change, and solve problems pragmatically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, resilience, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
