What you will do
- Perform monthly financial accounting for EFC EMEA entities.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis for monthly financial reports.
- Prepare and approve balance sheet reconciliations and process journal entries.
- Coordinate with FP&A, country finance, operations, and HR teams to ensure accurate transaction reporting.
- Support year-end statutory and tax compliance, internal and external audits, and SOX compliance.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to ad hoc finance projects.
Requirements
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, ambition, and willingness to support the wider GL team.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP.
- European language skills.
