Master Production Scheduler

Location: Madrid Area, Tres Cantos, Spain; shopfloor-based production planning role

What you will do

• Deploy and maintain an integrated production schedule covering projects on the Tres Cantos shopfloor.
• Coordinate with Electronics Modules Manufacturing Hub sections and Industrial Management planners to update project schedules and consolidate production plans.
• Perform schedule simulations and analysis to support production decisions.
• Help deliver electronic modules on time, within cost, and to the required quality standards.
• Improve production planning processes and tools while acting as a reference for planning issues.
• Apply Airbus Defence & Space quality, Lean, and audit processes, including EN9100 and ISO14001 requirements.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Up to 5 years of experience in a similar production planning or scheduling position, preferably in electronic boards or units manufacturing.
• Knowledge of generic IT tools, ERP concepts, and planning tools such as Excel and MS Project.
• Experience with SAP is highly valued.
• Disciplined and methodical approach, with negotiation skills for working with diverse teams.
• Leadership, teamwork, and conflict management skills.
