TL;DR
A400M Material Support Specialist (Aerospace/Supply Chain): Coordinating material support services, customer and subsidiary requests, contracts, budgets, and supply chain deliverables for the A400M program with an accent on spares, repairs, AGEs, and fleet availability. Focus on aligning Programs, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and MRO, managing operational risks, and delivering contractual commitments on time, on cost, and on quality.
Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model where possible.

What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for customers and international subsidiaries on spares, AGEs, repairs, and other material support deliverables.
- Coordinate material support activities across Programs, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, MRO, and other internal functions.
- Drive contract execution to improve A400M fleet material availability and resolve customer queries.
- Forecast requirements, contribute to the annual operating budget, schedule expenditures, and mitigate budget deviations.
- Monitor procedures, contracts, and end-to-end supply chain visibility to identify and manage operational risks.
- Ensure spares and repairs are delivered on time, on cost, and on quality.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Material Support, Customer Services, Program Management, or Supply Chain within the aerospace or defense industry.
- Strong cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, risk management, and adaptability in a networking environment.
- Advanced English at C1/C2 level and Spanish proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- In-depth knowledge of material support operations, contract management, and budget tracking methodologies or tools.
