ET20A Electrical Design and Integration Transformation Leader (Aerospace)

Location: Marignane, France, in the Marseille area; business travel mainly in Europe is required. The position requires security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.

What you will do

• Own the transformation roadmap for the Electrical Design and Integration department and help develop the E-Systems métier.
• Develop the strategy for the project portfolio and lead projects through setup, ramp-up, and closure.
• Manage project funding, business-case compliance, schedules, risks, opportunities, and performance against time, cost, and quality targets.
• Arbitrate deviations, negotiate requirements with sponsors, and align procurement, engineering, manufacturing, customer services, and IT.
• Maintain communication with internal and external customers to secure relationships and meet project expectations.
• Lead and develop team members, communicate the transformation, and implement effective staffing.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and coordinating complex transformation projects that deliver visible results.
• Good understanding of E-Systems technical workflows, including inputs, outputs, and requirements.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English are mandatory.
• Readiness to take full accountability in a highly challenging environment and autonomously take initiative.
• Well-developed leadership skills for change management.
• Eligibility for security clearance or ability to obtain clearance from recognized authorities.
