Senior Project Manager (AI)

Location: France; willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50%

What you will do

• Partner with Revenue to run discovery, map stakeholders, and define engagement outcomes, MVPs, success criteria, timelines, and commercial boundaries.
• Lead enterprise engagements from kickoff through go-live using iterative, continuous-delivery practices; prioritize backlogs and make scope, timeline, and quality trade-offs.
• Manage delivery health, including risks, dependencies, escalations, planning, margin, forecasting, resourcing, and status reporting.
• Drive adoption through enablement, training, user feedback loops, health indicators, expansion signals, and handoff to the long-term support model.
• Coordinate system integrators and partners, guide Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists, and coach junior colleagues.
• Turn field insight into product feedback and use AI tooling for analysis, documentation, reporting, and prototyping.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing delivery, program management, or technical advisory for enterprise software or data/AI platforms.
• Experience owning complex, ambiguous engagements through to measurable customer outcomes.
• Technical understanding of data platforms, integration, cloud, analytics, or AI/ML sufficient to scope solutions and challenge technical decisions.
• Executive-level communication skills, including presenting, negotiating, and making decisions with senior customer stakeholders and delivery engineers.
• Strong command of agile and iterative delivery, backlog prioritisation, and scope management.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50%.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Experience in industrial sectors such as energy, oil and gas, chemicals, pharma, manufacturing, or utilities.
• Experience with value-based scoping, including ROI/TCO, and authoring product requirements or solution specifications.
• Experience working in multi-vendor delivery models with system integrators.
• Exposure to industrial data, knowledge graphs, or operational technology environments.
• Experience in a high-growth software company or a builder role in a startup.
