Software Team Leader - XSA (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global is hiring for work on Claroty’s cybersecurity platform, which protects cyber-physical systems and critical infrastructure.

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing development team and promote technical ownership, security-first practices, and continuous delivery.
• Design and implement secure remote access features integrating IT and OT networks.
• Oversee scalable, high-performance gateway and proxy architectures for global enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Security Researchers on Zero Trust and session monitoring capabilities.
• Support professional growth and improve code quality, security protocols, and system resilience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading R&D teams in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of backend development experience with strong Python expertise.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, and RDP.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, identity management, and encryption.
• Experience building distributed, high-availability systems handling real-time traffic and data.
• Proficiency with AI development tools, specifically Cursor and Claude.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular or React.
• Cloud-native experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Cybersecurity experience, especially in remote access, VPN, ZTNA, or IAM.
