What you will do

• Own major product components and workstreams from initial discovery through production release.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to clarify business and technical requirements.
• Translate broad product goals into actionable technical plans and milestones.
• Design scalable system architectures and implement solutions hands-on using Python, Go, or Java.
• Maintain production-grade components, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
• Drive engineering quality through design reviews, mentorship, and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based outside of Russia or Belarus.
• Proven experience owning major projects or workstreams end-to-end.
• Strong backend engineering experience in Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong system design and architectural thinking with hands-on implementation skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and turning unclear needs into technical deliverables.
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools as part of the daily workflow.
