Institutional Onboarding Associate, EMEA (Financial Services)

Location: Edinburgh, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 4 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support institutional client onboarding across the EMEA region.
• Coordinate onboarding projects across multiple investment vehicles.
• Manage post-launch changes and account closure activities.
• Partner with clients, internal colleagues, and third parties.
• Maintain internal governance, process controls, and data accuracy.
• Deliver a professional client service experience.

Requirements

• Experience in client service, onboarding, operations, or project coordination within financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
