Focus on researching complex legal matters, managing multiple tasks under pressure, and supporting cross-border legal work in a Shanghai-based international practice.

What you will do
- Conduct legal research and due diligence.
- Provide legal translation between Chinese and English.
- Prepare legal memoranda in both languages.
- Draft legal documents and support ongoing legal matters.
Requirements
- 2027 or 2028 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
- Exceptional writing skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong legal research and legal writing capabilities.
- Available to work five days a week and willing to travel as required.
- Detail-oriented, fast-learning, organized, and able to perform under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and task-management skills.
Nice to have
- PRC bar qualification.
- Prior experience at a law firm or in-house legal team.
