Maintenance Technician II - Facilities & Maintenance

Location: Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, Tampa, United States; onsite role with flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do

• Respond promptly to general maintenance service calls under shift management direction.
• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, guest areas, and other facility systems.
• Complete maintenance request forms and submit them to the Maintenance Shift Supervisor.
• Maintain technical logs and record relevant maintenance data.
• Keep assigned areas clean, safe, and free of hazards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• Three to five years of related commercial or industrial facilities and maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret schematics, plans, diagrams, and drawings.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and close vision.
• Ability to work at high and low or precarious locations, near fiberglass insulation, and under sinks and cabinets.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach, communicate, and lift or move up to 100 pounds.
