Process Specialist - Product Master Data (SAP)

Location: Dublin, Ireland office or Finland; applicants must be eligible to work in the EU or hold a valid EU work permit.

What you will do

• Design, document, and maintain product master data process flows, work instructions, and governance artefacts.
• Define and govern product master data standards, including attribute rules, classification frameworks, and ownership principles.
• Assess continuous improvement requests, evaluate business and data-quality impact, and recommend prioritisation.
• Monitor data quality and process adherence, identify root causes of failures, and support corrective actions.
• Advise and coach process owners, specialists, super users, and business stakeholders on product master data topics.
• Contribute product master data expertise to system implementations, migrations, integrations, and solution design.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of product master data, including material master structures, classification, units of measure, product hierarchies, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Understanding of master data governance, data ownership, attribute stewardship, and change control.
• Experience designing and documenting current-state and future-state processes and producing work instructions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills for working across divisions, functions, and geographies.
• Eligibility to work in the EU or a valid permit to work in the EU is required.

Nice to have

• Experience coaching or training non-specialist colleagues on data and process topics.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management or PLM/ERP integration.
