Social Media Manager (AI)

Location: Remote for current residents of the United Kingdom; London office location listed. Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK for any employer.

What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness, web traffic, form fills, marketing-qualified leads, and pipeline contribution.
• Integrate social media into campaigns with brand, demand generation, communications, and solution marketing teams.
• Build social programs supporting hirify.global AI and Alternative Legal Service Provider offerings.
• Create social content with marketing teams and subject matter experts, including thought leadership, solution updates, client stories, podcasts, events, and industry insights.
• Manage paid campaigns, monitor performance data, and optimize content and channel strategies.
• Deliver social media enablement, training, and best-practice resources for employees and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
• Experience connecting social media engagement to measurable lead-generation outcomes.
• Skills in advertising campaign development, brand management, content creation, digital marketing, lead management, market research, reporting and analysis, and SEO.
• Current UK residency and authorisation to work in the United Kingdom for any employer.
• Ability to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment.

• Certified Marketing Management Professional certification.
