CRC Lead (Medical Affairs)

What you will do

• Lead the generation and execution of the overall colorectal cancer medical strategy.
• Design and execute educational programs, generate key medical messages, and lead medical communications.
• Build relationships with KOLs, physicians, industry organizations, and internal stakeholders across commercial, R&D, Asia-Pacific, and global teams.
• Deliver Medical Affairs function KPIs while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Identify and develop key talent, support team growth, and manage budget planning and execution.
• Ensure alignment with business priorities and objectives for colorectal cancer medical activities.

Requirements

• Scientific medical degree or master's degree; doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs and a professional environment in the pharmaceutical or related industries is preferred.
• Two to three years of clinical practice experience is preferred.
• Understanding of local regulatory policy and industry codes related to drug registration, pharmaceutical promotion, and clinical studies.
• Knowledge of clinical research, clinical trials operations, medical communications, and medical compliance.
• Domestic and international travel is required.
