Junior Clients Onboarding Specialist (English and German)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; flexible working hours and work from home available

hirify.global Slovakia supports ING’s global Supply Chain Finance business by enabling suppliers to receive early invoice payments from buyers.

What you will do

• Communicate with ING clients, suppliers, and financial institutions in English and German.
• Guide buyers and suppliers through the client onboarding process.
• Collect and prepare relevant onboarding documentation.
• Conduct mandatory screenings and sanity checks.
• Collaborate with ING colleagues from around the world to support Supply Chain Finance operations.

Requirements

• English at C1 level.
• German at C1 level.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and remain open to challenges.
• Positive mindset and ability to contribute to team morale.

Nice to have

• French, Spanish, or Italian language skills.
• Experience with Excel.
• Finance background.
