Digital Marketing Associate (Madrid Based)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work setup with a central Madrid office and home-office flexibility.

What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy for assigned experiences, including partner events and hirify.global Original productions.
• Develop and execute performance digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance with the growth marketing team and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage the region’s P&L and a significant marketing budget.
• Coordinate strategic campaign direction with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content Copywriting teams.
• Build the team and grow the assigned experiences.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and other paid social platforms.
• Professional marketing background.
• Native-level Dutch and good English.
• Willingness to work in Madrid.
