Performance Marketing Intern (AdTech)

What you will do

• Support onboarding and ongoing management of affiliate partners.
• Assist with campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Help with invoicing, reporting, presentations, and documentation.
• Conduct competitor research and industry analysis.
• Monitor trends and tools in digital and performance marketing.
• Collaborate on creative ideas and support additional marketing projects.

Requirements

• Currently studying at or recently graduated from a university, business school, or other educational institution.
• Must be eligible to obtain a valid university internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
• Available to work 6 hours per day and start in October 2026.
• Degree studies in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Sheets.
• Analytical, organized, curious, proactive, and able to communicate clearly in English.
