What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to product vision, business value, dependencies, and stakeholder needs.
- Break down complex features into clear, actionable user stories and ensure development teams have well-defined work.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives within an agile development process.
- Define acceptance criteria, collaborate with QA on testing documentation, and ensure requirements are validated.
- Monitor KPIs and user feedback to evaluate feature performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain product documentation and communicate product progress, updates, and changes to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to lead agile ceremonies and collaborate with development and QA teams.
- Experience preparing test strategies, test cases, and test results.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and real-time user data to guide product decisions.
- Strong product documentation and communication skills, including communication with senior leadership.
