What you will do

• Solve business-critical problems through data science, experimentation, and model development.
• Work across modern data workflows, from orchestration and transformation to online models.
• Evaluate models offline and through online A/B testing.
• Collaborate with clients, operations teams, product colleagues, and other diverse audiences.
• Contribute to production-grade software and distributed systems where relevant.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks, including Fivetran, BigQuery, and dbt.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Solid foundations in probability, statistics, and machine learning theory.
• Strong interest in solving business-critical problems and a bias toward ownership, action, and experimentation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Paris, France.
• Typically 5–10 years of experience; the role corresponds to Levels D–E on the company grid.

Nice to have

• Experience writing production-grade software for distributed systems.
• Experience with offline model evaluation and online evaluation through A/B testing.
• Strong communication skills with clients, operations teams, and other audiences.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
