Engineer Process (Chemical Engineering)

Location: Campus Eiffel-Massy, Île-de-France, France; hybrid work model. Regular travel of 10–15% is required, mainly across France and Europe.

What you will do

• Implement the Group’s EMEA industrial strategy, including projects and budgets.
• Industrialize new ingredient references by identifying tools, subcontractors, standards, certifications, and process requirements.
• Develop processes from pilot scale to industrial scale and establish costs based on business plans.
• Organize scale-ups, process changes, risk analyses, testing phases, and continuous improvement activities.
• Analyze process data, identify trends, optimize production costs, and harmonize processes across territories.
• Train production teams and evaluate new technologies and processes for current and future raw materials.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the process industry.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, define objectives and resources, and monitor budgets and deliverables.
• C1 proficiency in English and French is required.
• Availability for regular travel of 10–15%, mainly in France and Europe.
