Full-Stack Developer (React/Python)

Location: On-site in Sumare, São Paulo, Brazil, with at least four days per week at the main offices. Travel may include up to 10% domestically or internationally. Relocation: N/A.

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable, secure web applications with React and Python-based backend frameworks.
• Develop responsive, accessible, high-performance interfaces from Figma designs using React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design REST APIs and backend services integrating enterprise databases, AI services, and third-party platforms.
• Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services and contribute to CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, data specialists, AI teams, engineers, and business stakeholders on prototypes and production solutions.
• Apply clean architecture, secure API design, automated testing, and software engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional full-stack software development experience delivering production web applications and backend automations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced React and Python proficiency, with experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, modern CSS, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, authentication, authorization, asynchronous programming, and scalable backend architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and Agile development.
• Proficiency in English is required for written and spoken collaboration in a global organization.
