Senior Manufacturing Technology Engineer (Transformer Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production process documents, work instructions, and quality-control standards for dry-type transformer manufacturing.
• Analyze and resolve process issues to maintain stable operations, product quality, and efficient production.
• Define equipment, tooling, and fixture requirements, create related drawings, and optimize manufacturing solutions using CAD, UG, and other engineering tools.
• Drive continuous improvements to manufacturing processes and workflows to improve quality, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams, provide technical guidance to operators, and support urgent manufacturing challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience in transformer manufacturing and a strong understanding of production environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical and generator-related projects, with the ability to apply this expertise to manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD, UG, and other engineering software for process development and tooling design.
• Strong English communication skills are required for cross-functional collaboration.
