What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from inquiry through enrolment.
- Build relationships with assigned university partners and support enrolment and conversion targets.
- Explain programs, admissions requirements, and enrolment processes clearly and accurately.
- Conduct proactive outreach by phone and email, nurture leads, and monitor applicant pipelines.
- Maintain accurate student records and uphold data integrity and administrative quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a consistent and seamless enrolment experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, student support, admissions, sales, or a related customer-facing field.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities accurately.
- Professional problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must currently reside in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience in higher education, online education, admissions, or enrolment support.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with CRM, student information systems, or applicant record platforms.
- Experience balancing relationship management, administrative accuracy, and target delivery.
