What you will do
- Execute life insurance business process transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to meet performance and quality targets.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and reporting.
- Identify process bottlenecks and support quality assurance activities.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 2 or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience with business process transactions, process management, and optimization.
- Ability to stay current with industry knowledge and technology.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certification.
