What you will do

Oversee efficient Room Service and Mini Bar operations across two hotel towers with 1,271 rooms.
Maintain guest service standards, resolve complaints, and promote positive guest and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage policies, sanitation standards, Gaming Commission regulations, and responsible alcohol and gaming practices.
Manage outlet profitability, inventory par levels, staffing levels, and labor costs.
Select, train, coach, counsel, appraise, and retain direct reports while developing department knowledge and skills.
Support the development and mentoring of Seminole Tribe members participating in the Tribal Career Development program.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Five years of Room Service management experience in a large-scale hotel, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic wine knowledge required.
Effective English communication with guests is required.
Ability to stand, walk, maneuver throughout restaurant, food and beverage, and warehouse areas, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Final candidates must complete a background check and obtain gaming licensure before an offer is extended.

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management or a related field.
Casino experience.
