Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid setup with 2 days in the Lisbon office and 3 days working remotely

What you will do

• Write and refine scripts for video advertisements across the client portfolio.
• Transform AI-generated drafts into natural, engaging scripts with strong tone, pacing, and personality.
• Collaborate with video editors to ensure scripts work effectively on screen.
• Develop hooks, calls to action, and messaging angles for different audiences and platforms.
• Monitor effective short-form video trends and formats.
• Iterate quickly using performance data and creative testing feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience writing scripts or copy for video or creative marketing content.
• Daily experience with AI writing tools and the judgment to retain, remove, or rewrite generated content.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to improve flat or ineffective scripts.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, test-and-iterate environment.
