Social Media Content Creator (TikTok/Instagram)

What you will do

• Launch and grow Instagram and TikTok channels from scratch, owning the day-to-day execution and strategy.
• Film native short-form content and appear on camera for trends, street interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Collaborate with the Social & Content lead to turn trends and sounds into brand-aligned content.
• Source creative footage and involve teammates across departments in a remote-first environment.
• Track performance metrics to iterate and improve content strategy.
• Act as a face of the brand as it expands into new international markets.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience creating content for Instagram and/or TikTok.
• Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating on-camera presence and understanding of short-form video dynamics.
• Deep knowledge of current social media trends and digital culture.
• Confidence on camera and ability to direct others.
• Resourceful and persuasive self-starter capable of producing high-quality content remotely.
• Experience creating content for international or multi-market audiences.
