Senior Consultant (Data Management & Governance)

What you will do

• Design and operationalize regional data governance frameworks aligned with MAS Technology Risk Management guidelines and PDPC advisory guidance.
• Lead Data Protection Impact Assessments and privacy-by-design workflows for PDPA and APEC CBPR compliance.
• Identify and catalogue Critical Data Elements across hybrid-cloud environments and establish end-to-end data lineage.
• Design automated data quality monitoring and Master Data Management solutions for trusted data exchange.
• Oversee governance, classification, and access controls during migrations to Singapore-based AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud regions.
• Facilitate client workshops, support proposals and business development, and contribute to training, communities of practice, and R&D.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees and certifications are advantageous.
• Knowledge of master data management, metadata, reference data management, data cataloguing, lineage, and data quality management.
• Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or Alation.
• Understanding of data security principles, encryption methods, and access controls.
• Fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Consulting experience.
• Additional regional language skills, such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, or Bahasa.
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications.
