A400M MRO and Retrofit Production Control (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working is available when possible.

What you will do

• Lead the Production Control team within the A400M MRO and Retrofit Program.
• Ensure work orders, parts, and materials reach the assembly line on time, in the correct form and quantity.
• Monitor production-plan progress and optimize logistics flows for component supply.
• Allocate resources, motivate staff, and translate Airbus strategy into operational activities.
• Implement continuous-improvement initiatives focused on waste elimination and reducing non-quality costs.
• Coordinate service activities and collaborate with Operations, Programs, Procurement, and Customer Services across Getafe, Sevilla, Manching, and Wunstorf.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
• Professional experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of production control management, supply-chain and logistics-flow optimization, and resource-allocation strategies.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, proactive mindset, and ability to work in multifunctional teams.
