SAP Application Support Consultant (SAP)

What you will do

• Provide daily technical and functional SAP support to Key Users in E-Commerce Business Foundations.
• Resolve, track, and report incidents across E-Commerce and Business-to-Business domains in coordination with Global Enterprise Application Support.
• Monitor support SLAs and prepare regular management reports.
• Coordinate release testing, non-regression testing, Key User testing, and procedure or manual updates.
• Perform System Integration Testing for E-Commerce projects and follow up on technical issue resolution with HQ IT.
• Facilitate communication between regional business and global IT teams while supporting documentation, training, and project management activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience providing internal IT support with SAP or a similar ERP.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting or implementing web-based sales systems and providing end-user IT support.
• Proficiency in business process analysis, ERP systems, web-based intranet systems, and IT governance.
• Experience with project management, testing coordination, logical problem-solving, ownership, and presentations.
• Fluent Japanese and English required.

• Knowledge of retail, wholesale, logistics, E-Commerce, or similar business structures.
