Senior Marketing Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote, work from anywhere; optional office visits in Warsaw and Kyiv.

What you will do

• Analyze performance marketing efficiency, traffic quality, unit economics, and scaling opportunities.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards, monitor anomalies, and establish alerting systems.
• Support and improve attribution models for accurate channel evaluation.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests across marketing and product.
• Build LTV, payback, and scaling forecasts using statistical methods.
• Develop data models and improve the marketing analytics ecosystem with BigQuery, dbt, and Tableau.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance or marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for analytics and automation.
• Understanding of CAC, LTV, ROMI, and unit economics.
• Experience analyzing marketing A/B tests.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities, prioritize them, and drive measurable impact independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with web-to-app or mobile attribution and MMPs.
• Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude.
