What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of VOD image designers.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-volume imagery across streaming platforms, TV partners, and digital products.
• Develop and execute the VOD imagery strategy in partnership with Digital Curation and editorial teams.
• Coordinate priorities, workflows, and delivery expectations with operations, product, creative, communications, and external partners.
• Implement process improvements, automation, templating, and scalable workflow practices.
• Plan and execute multi-variant imagery tests and support implementation of imagery-related systems.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in a creative, broadcast, or digital production environment, including managing and developing teams.
• Experience managing editorial relationships across VOD third-party platforms and TV partners.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image design and editing tools, such as Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of digital image specifications, formats, platform requirements, asset management systems, and workflow tools.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of the VOD landscape, editorial merchandising, TV content, and emerging trends.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation, templating, and batch-processing techniques.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
