Integrated Designer

What you will do

• Produce creative design solutions for exhibition campaigns, digital content, social media, print collateral, and promotional materials.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital production in line with technical specifications and brand standards.
• Create visual assets that support storytelling and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
• Develop design assets for web, email, social media, and print campaigns supporting exhibitions and programmes.
• Work with curatorial, programming, and engagement colleagues to interpret briefs and deliver effective design solutions.

Requirements

• Strong design skills and experience producing visual content for both print and digital formats.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in visual communications.

Nice to have

• Experience in a cultural, arts, museum, or higher education environment.
• Experience creating digital and social media design, simple motion graphics, or video assets.
• Familiarity with asset management systems or digital publishing platforms.
• Experience working with external suppliers such as printers or photographers.
