Lead Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $180,000–$300,000 per year for U.S.-based positions. International salaries are set according to the local market.

What you will do

• Design net-new, 0→1 enterprise surfaces across enterprise and multiplayer use cases.
• Design organizational management, seat management, administrative controls, permissions, privacy, security, and compliance experiences.
• Create role-based experiences that reflect workplace policies and different levels of access and responsibility.
• Balance established UI paradigms with novel applications of AI.
• Own product design end-to-end, from initial concepts through large-scale optimization.
• Partner with product, engineering, design, brand, marketing, and users to ship and improve the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience designing enterprise, consumer, or prosumer products.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software, including organizational and seat management, role-based access, administrative management, permissions, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Experience designing non-deterministic tools used by large workplace cohorts, such as Figma, Slack, Ramp, or Airtable.
• Excellent visual, UI, interaction, communication, prototyping, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Comfort owning both 0→1 product design and large-scale optimization.

Nice to have

• Existing skills or interest in coding with React or SwiftUI.
