Quality Control Specialist (Electrical Testing)

Location: Dalmine, Bergamo, Italy; onsite work with shift availability required

Salary: Minimum annual salary of €36,000, plus eligibility for a company productivity bonus

What you will do

• Inspect and test internally produced parts, products, systems, and software against specifications and customer requirements.
• Conduct routine testing in manufacturing, factory test labs, and final inspection environments.
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing with final customers and report quality issue data.
• Advise engineering and R&D on product and process improvements.
• Improve test protocols and capabilities to increase testing efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Train operational teams on quality assurance and testing routines while supporting safety and HSE improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, secondary school education, or experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical topics, electrical diagrams, and testing equipment such as ScopeCorders, stabilized power supplies, and multimeters.
• Appointment as a PES expert in accordance with CEI 11-27.
• Problem-solving skills and comfort working in a shopfloor environment, including flexible hours and shifts.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP, and Power BI.
• Italian communication skills, English at B1 level, and a valid category B driving licence for use in Italy.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI tools including Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Loop.
