Associate Director, AI Solution Delivery (AI)

What you will do

• Build and ship centrally delivered AI solutions, including prompt and workflow designs, RAG configurations, agentic patterns, API integrations, and production handovers.
• Operate evaluation harnesses and benchmarks, assessing accuracy, safety, cost, and latency and publishing actionable results.
• Embed AI SDLC checkpoints into live programs and coach delivery teams through the lifecycle.
• Prepare validation-ready documentation and evidence packages and coordinate with quality, regulatory, and healthcare-grade AI stakeholders.
• Lead technically oriented special projects, solution builds, process definition, and focused engineering problem-solving initiatives.
• Conduct technical due diligence on AI proposals and design and score proofs of concept against defined criteria.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software, data, or AI/ML solution delivery, technical consulting, or engineering-adjacent program roles.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM solutions.
• Practical skills in prompt engineering, evaluation design, RAG, agentic workflows, API integration, and Python or an equivalent scripting/low-code environment.
• Experience preparing solutions for validation, quality, or audit processes in a regulated or quality-managed environment.
• Ability to lead delivery with mixed technical and business stakeholders and communicate evaluation reports, assessment summaries, and recommendations clearly.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or comparable AI platforms and evaluation tooling.
• Life sciences or healthcare technology experience and familiarity with GxP or healthcare-grade AI expectations.
• Previous engineering, data science, or solution architecture experience.
