Senior AI Engineer

Location: Cairo, Egypt; Ruse and Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

• Extend automation frameworks with AI-enabled capabilities and contribute to a unified AI-augmented Quality Engineering framework.
• Develop reusable prompts, instruction sets, orchestration patterns, and shared automation components for AI-assisted test generation.
• Implement MCP-based enterprise integrations, including GitHub Copilot and approved MCP connectors.
• Build governed AI workflows, Governance-as-Code, versioned policy artifacts, and controlled self-healing automation for UI, API, and database changes.
• Integrate the framework with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, supporting dynamic regression selection, parallel execution, centralized reporting, and quality metrics.
• Develop synthetic test data capabilities and AI-assisted performance and load testing, including Locust-based scenarios, scripts, payloads, and reusable test data.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering and programming skills, preferably with Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration and agentic frameworks such as MCP, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with AI models, AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted testing or self-healing automation.
• Good understanding of MLOps, Governance-as-Code, PromptOps, versioned instruction sets, prompt templates, policy rules, and reusable AI artifacts.
• Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with synthetic test data generation and Test Data Management.
