Controlor/Inspector Calitate Assembly (Aerospace)

Location: Brasov (30 Hermann), Romania. On-site assembly and shop-floor quality activities.

What you will do

• Perform quality inspections according to defined standards, including final checks, attestations, stop points, and out-of-sequence work.
• Conduct operational surveillance of people, products, and processes on the shop floor.
• Support investigations and root cause analysis for quality and technical issues reported by business teams and customers.
• Ensure containment, archiving, corrective actions, curative actions, and appropriate opening or closure of nonconformities.
• Provide quality feedback and coaching to Operations and Support Functions.
• Participate in predictive quality activities and process improvement initiatives, including foreign object damage prevention.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile suitable for quality inspection work in assembly operations.
• Ability to perform inspections and attest work orders when activities are not delegated.
• Ability to analyze quality and technical issues and support root cause investigations.
• Commitment to compliance, integrity, and responsible handling of quality risks.
• Quality or work authorization competence assessments may be required through the corresponding designated job profile.
