Transport Scheduler

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily transport requirements to meet delivery targets.
• Liaise with internal teams, warehouses, and external transport providers to coordinate customer deliveries.
• Consolidate orders within transport schedules to improve efficiency.
• Maintain scheduling databases and report on transport capacity.
• Resolve scheduling disruptions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow Chain of Responsibility requirements and promote safe transport practices.

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Competent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Practical safety mindset and willingness to learn transport scheduling and logistics.
