Warehouse Assistant (Casual)

Location: Brisbane, Australia; onsite warehouse work

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, label, and dispatch goods, customer orders, and internal shipments.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments and safely load and unload deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse locations, inventory records, documentation, and stock accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts and support periodic stocktakes.
• Identify damaged or non-conforming materials and report stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse while collaborating with logistics, production, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Experience accurately picking, packing, and processing orders.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse best practices.
• Basic computer proficiency, including inventory management or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, communication, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems.
• Forklift Licence (LF), or willingness to obtain one with company support.
