What you will do

• Serve as a primary contact for customers and respond to inquiries about products, services, and policies.
• Guide customers through account inquiries and service-related requests.
• Use tools, systems, and resources to provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with close attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and patience when handling customer concerns.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or contact center software.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a contact center role.
