What you will do

• Lead collaborative design-for-manufacturing and co-industrialization activities across product design phases.
• Define detailed build processes, manufacturing requirements, components, specifications, tooling, and jig activities.
• Drive composite process development, industrialization, optimization, and continuous plant improvement.
• Coordinate PFMEA/FMEA, quality-control measurement tasks, process capability, and safe operational execution.
• Manage manufacturing engineering information and supply-chain data, including parts, stock, and MRP impacts.
• Support production teams, maintenance interfaces, budget preparation, CAPEX planning, and cross-functional industrial projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in composite manufacturing engineering and R&T activities.
• Strong knowledge of composite materials, manufacturing processes, and the industrial infrastructure required for composite production.
• Autonomous user of CATIA, including Generative Shape Design and Composite Design modules.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong teamwork skills and an open-minded approach.
• Ability to work at the hirify.global Cadiz site.

Nice to have

• Experience in tooling or programming.
• Advanced proficiency with Google tools and experience applying AI to daily tasks.
• Experience with composite inspection methods, especially non-destructive testing.
